Working alongside the Project Managers Faithful+Gould, we provided core architectural technical advisory services on the delivery of the major refurbishment project for the 20-storey, 1960’s constructed, Westminster City Hall, relaunched with all new facilities as a modern multi-tenanted workplace.
Our role covered due diligence and Technical Advisor (TA) commentary on all the BDP design and ISG construction information from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 6, handover.
