“Consarc’s team were exceptionally well integrated. They exuded confidence, listened carefully and answered our questions cogently. The team leader was inspiring. The assessors thought the building would make a dramatic presentation to the urban context and were very impressed by the passive sustainable design approach, combined with low energy strategy. They believed they had met a team they could work with.”

The project formed the start of a visionary civic and regionally led master plan in the East Midlands to create a new town edge for Daventry with reinstated canal and lock, college campus and housing.
