Based in Piccadilly, this imaginative global real estate investment group approached us to guide them through a rapid change management process and expansion of their existing office, which they continued to occupy and work in throughout.
Working closely with the UK and US Board of Directors we developed a layout and spatial strategy, with detailed finishes, furniture and servicing schematics to enable the space to be completely reimagined.
Three main zones were developed; the workplace zone with 100% stand-sit desks and close-by team space, a social space with large central refreshment and entertainment zone, concentration booths and high quality changing spaces alongside a highly formal client meeting zone on a separate floor.
The result is an extremely vibrant and high-specification design, expressing the values of the company and their commitment to design.
