Over this time, we have worked closely for the Fund and Asset Managers and their construction project managers to achieve numerous planning consents, major masterplan developments, complete private and public sector buildings (pre-lets) for the client as developer and have designed and completed the fit-out of their own headquarters in the heart of London’s Mayfair.
Recently, we achieved planning permission for 9,000 sqm of commercial space within a Green Belt site, for a relocated business dislocated by the High Speed 2 line crossing the land from the strategic master plan we had submitted for the client in 2008.
