Having worked with LaSalle for over 20 years we knew them well. Appointed initially to help them site search for a new HQ location within central London we undertook due diligence and space test studies on 5 key sites before this single floor in Mayfair become available.

Through our understanding of their way of working we were able to assess that the site, initially seen as too small, could more than adequately accommodate their needs if they could change their way of working and move from more conventional cellular accommodation into open and transparent working with variable-desking principles. Over 70 of the total 150 relocated staff were confidentially interviewed on how LaSalle should change and present itself internally and externally. The results were considerable in terms of openness and team working, with the goal of ‘all being on one floor and able to meet’ being more than accomplished, with great spaces to concentrate, collaborate and communicate.
